Cancellation Policy

For Elder Care Services once the services commence post Registration / Payment , the same is not refundable. For genuine defects in Devices (i.e. Product) , same may be replaced subject to Guarranty / Warranty Clauses for each type of goods but, no refund request can be entertained.

Refund Policy

No refund is allowed as per our policy once the services commence or, products delivered to customer .However, In exceptional cases if Company on Management’s own discretion allows refund then, the same maybe issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
