Picnic

Apart from providing a wide range of services or organizing cultural events, we at Med Service also organize a picnic once in a while. The picnic is basically for the staff of our organization. But our patients can also join provided they are in a proper physical and mental condition to be able to do that.

The primary motive and purpose of organizing picnic at Med Service is to strengthen the relationships and bonds among the staffs as well as patients. Moreover, friends and family of patients are also allowed to join after getting the necessary consent and permission from the authority and administration. There are many things and activities done in the picnic to make the program even more interesting.

What our picnic plan for you?

The picnic is basically organized in the winter season. The whole agenda is fixed prior to one month of the actual day. All the medical and non-medical staffs and individuals are involved in the preparation of the picnic of Med Service. Each of the staffs is given roles and responsibility to fulfil in the best way possible. On the other hand, even some of the recovered and willing patients are given some kinds of roles to fulfil.

A lot of work is done to make the picnic something big and grand. All of the employees, as well as patients, enjoy in this day to the fullest. There are arrangements of food, beverages as well as all the other fun activities. Moreover, even the kids and elderly people join, and there are separate arrangements for them. All the individuals love this day in the best manner possible.

It is our picnic where the whole fraternity of our organization comes closer to spend some quality time to make the bond even stronger. This is the primary reason for organizing this event in the first place. Once a person joins this picnic, then he/she is never likely to forget the experience easily. Some distant place is chosen for organizing the picnic. It can be a picnic garden or some valley or resort. Everything is done for the convenience and benefits of the people who are joining the picnic for recreation.
